All carriers are currently informing us of delays in the delivery of packages due to a VERY significant increase in their activities during this period, doubly special (COVID & Xmas).
These delays are of course totally beyond the control and services of Passion Radio, whose packages are dispatched the same day for EXPRESS orders placed before 10 a.m. and within 1 to 2 days for ECO carriers, even during this period.
We will ship all your orders placed until December 24, 2020 at 10 a.m. (Paris time) and on equipment in stock, before our annual closure from December 25, 2020 to January 4, 2021.
The transport companies to which we entrust our parcels are completely independent from our company and we have no power of subordination towards these companies which are responsible for these delays.
So for a fast delivery, we currently don't recommend to use services of La Poste (Letter, Colissimo and Delivengo), delay can be up to 2-3 weeks, sometimes more.
For our customers in Overseas Territories, Europe and internationally, we can no longer guarantee delivery before December 24, 2020, regardless of the carriers, delays can sometimes be significant locally from customs adding to the difficulties current carriers.
It should also be noted that no carrier currently guarantees delivery times, nor offers refund of shipping costs due to delays.
These difficulties for carriers have been present, in reality, for many months because of COVID with sometimes complex situations locally, and which also affect our re-supplies of equipment. Many planes have been cancelled, reducing the capacity of carriers.
In addition, depending on the region and country, sorting centers are overloaded or can be temporarily closed due to COVID cases and neither they nor we have control over these events.
Some, fortunately, rare customers, question us when we try to explain to them the complexity of the current period among all carriers in the world and in particular due to COVID.

The end of the year holiday season only worsens a situation that is already very complicated for everyone.
But let's put things into perspective, we only sell radio communication equipment, mainly for leisure activities.
If we fully understand the disappointment of receiving your package late or after Christmas, we do not forget that we, you, still have the chance to be able to practice our leisure time and for Passion Radio to be able to continue to maintain an activity and we thank sincerely our customers for their support and their confidence in this period.
