Currently in period of COVID, additional delays can locally observed at the carriers and according to the specific situation of the postal sorting center (congestion, quarantine, curfew).
These delays are beyond our control and depending on the carrier, the tracking indicated on the site may be partial (bug or lack of scan), although the package follows its routing.
Situation for deliveries in Europe and Switzerland
For shipments within Europe and Switzerland, Delivengo services and local partners of La Poste may encounter local delays.
For a fast delivery in Europe we recommend to use DHL, Fedex or UPS.
An additional 2 to 3 days are possible with EXPRESS carriers.
Situation for deliveries in Overseas
By Colissimo, delays of 15 to 30 days are observed for shipments to Reunion, Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique.
For shipments to French overseas departments and territories, we recommend Chronopost, DHL, Fedex or UPS when available.
A delay of 2 to 3 additional days is still possible with EXPRESS carriers.
Situation on the material in restocking
Since few months now, our suppliers have been alerting us to increasingly long delays in the delivery of our out-of-stock material orders.
There are several reasons for these delays in supply:
1 - An increase in demand
2 - A shortage of electronic components (such as microprocessors in SDR) and raw materials (such as plastic for cables)
3 - A drastic reduction in the number of aircraft, while FRET it is constantly increasing
4 - A sorting center, a factory or a subcontractor quarantined because of COVID
Depending on the material, the replenishment delays are currently around 1 month and can go up to 2 or 3 months depending on the suppliers.
