Request for 14 day return of material

Before returning any material, a retraction or return request must be made from your online account.

Any items sent without being registered will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

You must first generate a return label from your online account and include it with your return package (see below).

Please note: The return label is not a shipping label; return shipping costs within the 14-day period are the customer’s responsibility.

14 day return policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any material and obtain a refund of the order.

When this period expires on a weekend, holiday or day off, it is extended until the next working day.

The material must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all its accessories and in its original packaging.

The 14-day cooling-off period only allows for examination of the equipment under conditions comparable to those in the store.

For example, it is not allowed to use a walkie-talkie or any equipment for a weekend, 1 or 2 weeks and then send it back.

In case of traces of use of the material or traces of wear and tear, missing accessories or packaging, penalties with a percentage retention of the price may be applied to any non-conforming return.

Return shipping costs are at the client's expense, except in the case of defective equipment or equipment received by mistake.

In this case, Passion Radio will pay for the return shipping costs by sending a pre-paid transport voucher as well as the cost of sending a new replacement material, which will be sent after receiving the returned material.

How to return a material ?

To make your request for return or withdrawal, you must go to the My Orders section from your online account.

Then click on the order concerned by the return to make.

And finally check the boxes in front of the material to return, indicate a reason and click on "Generate a return".

You will receive a confirmation of your request by email, with a return form to attach to your package and the address where to send the package.

To find your return requests, go to your account in the "My returns" menu. You will find the PDF return form to print and attach to the package.

Please note: The return form is not a transport form, returns during the 14 days are at the customer's expense.
