Delivery, shipping and return

COVID-19 and delivery info: Delivery is still possible despite the restrictions, the carriers and we have adapted our working methods to the COVID-19. A few days of additional delays compared to normal are however expected. The deadlines are no longer guaranteed by the carriers during this period. Note that "Colissimo carrier" currently ensures deliveries only from Wednesday to Friday. Chronopost, Fedex and UPS work almost normally.

Any material return request must be made from the order in your account.

The preparation and delivery time

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are given in working days (excluding weekends), from the shipment.

For Europe (close to France): Deliveries range from 24 to 48h in EXPRESS shipping or 4 to 6 working days in ECO shipment.

For Switzerland, Europe, Overseas and the rest of the world: Delays vary from 48h/72h in Express and 5 to 10 working days in ECO shipment.

For Express shipments with Fedex or DHL, orders placed before 10am are processed the same day and can be delivered the next day in 24h/48h (close Europe) or 48h/72h in the rest of Europe.

Delivery times are given as an indication and are not guaranteed by the carriers (unless stated otherwise), if they exceed thirty days (30 days) from the order, it can be canceled and the buyer be refunded under a fourteen (14) days maximum.

Estimate shipping costs

To get an estimate of the shipping costs for your order, simply add the material and the desired quantity to the basket and then indicate the postal code of the delivery on the basket page.

The shipping costs are calculated in real time according to the carriers available for the destination and the postal code provided. If the message "No carriers are available", please contact us.

Delivery carriers

Depending on the destination and type of equipment, the following 3 delivery modes are available:

- ECO delivery: Letter Followed, ECO mode with on-line tracking, from 3 to 6 working days, delivered without signature in a mailbox, without insurance. Suitable for small packages and low values.

- ECO delivery: Colissimo Access and Expert, Chronopost from 3 to 5 working days, delivered with or without signature, with insurance and online tracking.

- EXPRESS delivery: DHL, Fedex or UPS, very fast delivery in 24h / 48h, with online tracking and insurance, parcel delivered against signature.

Consider checking your parcel at delivery, for any anomaly found, do not hesitate to have reservations on the slip of the carrier or to refuse the parcel if too damaged.

In case of damage during transport for parcels delivered against signature, the detailed complaint must be made by mail or form within a maximum of 14 days (14 days) from the delivery, in order to allow us to open a complaint Of the carrier and, if necessary, to the refund or return of the order.

Beware: Delivery in a PO Box is not authorized by any carrier.

Delivery zone

We ship to all European countries, North America, South America and overseas.

Below is the list of countries in which we can not deliver either because of the country's customs restrictions for the import of radio equipment, or because the delivery terms are unreliable (loss, delayed delivery of our parcels), either because we have recorded a number of attempts of frauds too important.

We do not ship to the countries below:

- The countries in Africa (with the exception of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia where we deliver),
- Russia, Turkey, Georgia, Israel*, Iran, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Malaysia, Afghanistan, North Korea, ...

Other countries may be included in shipping restrictions, contact us if in doubt.

* For requests from Israel, contact us, depending on the material, some shipments are possible for radio amateurs.

Request for re-delivery

If the first delivery fails, the following carriers propose to schedule a new delivery date online:

To do this, you must have the tracking number of your package (in your customer area) or the number of the notice of passage received in your mailbox.

Material return request

Any return request must be made online from your customer account. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to request a return.

Shipping Restrictions - Battery

New rules apply since 1 January 2016 for the shipment of lithium batteries and batteries by air.

Colissimo shipments include: Corsica, Outremer, Europe and internationally.

From now on a package can not contain more than 2 batteries for a delivery by airplane. Shipments in France by road and rail networks are not affected by this new restriction.
