Perfect
It didn\'t come in the protective foil as these antennas usually come, so the fixing thread dropped from it during transport (it luckily wasn\'t lost), but it looks new and works OK. The price was also very good (in comparison with other sellers). Regarding the performance, of course it\'s compromise antenna, but the performance is great as expected from this type of short vertical. With this antenna on the balcony and 100W, the whole world isn\'t a problem :) On my balcony it even doesn\'t need a counterpoise (radials), but I think a counterpoise could improve the situation, because my coax feeder seems to detune the antenna a bit if I touch it and I have also low RF currents on the ground wire, so additional grounding wouldn\'t hurt, even it isn\'t necessary. The antenna has bandwidth cca. 50 - 100 kHz, and in my setup it can be tuned from cca. 14.000 Mhz to 14.500 MHz with SWR bellow 2.0, from cca. 14.100 Mhz with SWR bellow 1.5. Counterpoise will probably also improve it.

Super antenna
I use it mobile (stand still ) on a 10cm magnetic base. Easy to tune. Bandwidth .+- 200Khz
