I purchased several products for internartional delivery. Communication with the shop was fluent, but express delivery took longer than expected (4 days in total -from Thursday to Monday) when I was expecting 48hurs max.

I am completely happy with Passion Radio, this is my second order and there is no doubt that more will follow.
I have the following small complaint regarding packaging: The LNB box was simply placed in an outer cardboard box without any padding and sent along. As a result, the LNB (in its own box) rattled and clunked inside the larger outer cardboard box. I trust it would have been better if some padding had been included; old crumpled-up newspapers would have done just fine! Thanks.
