The Komunica HF-EXPLORER2 antenna is suitable for portable use and requires a good ground plane to work properly.
If a ground plane is not possible, we recommend in this case to use a coaxial cable with a minimum length of 10 meters to act as a counterweight.
The Explorer HF antenna can also be mounted on a metal balcony by ensuring good conductivity and grounding between the antenna and the balcony.
This antenna is not recommended for mobile use.
