Read the 3 reviewsThe Yaesu SCU-17 interface is a CAT control system that allows you to control a Yaesu transceiver from a computer and to be able to practice digital communication modes, also called digimodes such as SSTV, RTTY, PSK, ROS, FT8, FT4, etc.
The SCU-17 module works as a sound card, only one USB cable is needed between the interface and the computer to supply power and recover RX and TX audio.
Front panel LEDs allow monitoring of PTT, FSK, and adjustment of RX and TX audio input levels directly from the front panel interface.
The drivers and virtual COM port driver for Windows can be downloaded below and installed BEFORE connecting the USB cable.
Supplied with: 1 Yaesu CAT SCU-17 interface, 1 USB A / B cable, 1 6-pin Mini-Din cable (MDIN6P), 1 9-pin RS232 DB9 serial cable, 2 3.5mm Jak stereo connectors, English manual.

This Yaesu CAT interface is delivered ready to use, with cables, for the Yaesu FT-DX1200, FT-950, FT-450D transceivers.
For the FT-818ND, FT-817ND, FT-857D and FT-897D, the optional CT-62 cable is required.
For FTDX5000MP, FT-1000MP or similar, the optional SCU-21 cable is required.
For the FTDX9000D/MP, the SCU-22 cable is required.
The FT-991A or FT-DX3000 do not need a CAT interface, as they integrate it with CAT control functions, audio input / output, with a single USB Male A / Male B cable.
