The QO-100 DXPatrol TX pack includes the main elements for transmission from a 28, 144, 430 or 1296Mhz SSB transceiver to the 2.4 Ghz uplink of the Oscar-100 amateur radio satellite, with a maximum power of 12W max. powered by 28V (power supply included).
Compatible cables to connect the elements together are included in the pack.
The DX Patrol up-converter and amplifier board, delivered without a metal box, must be placed in a waterproof box as close as possible to the dish.
To be added to have a fully operational station: 1 satellite dish (60-80cm), 1 LNB PLL (optional) and 1 50 Ohm coaxial cable for the descent from the SMA male upconverter to the VHF-UHF transceiver (in SO-239 or N depending on the station used), of a length to be chosen according to the location.
