The Ham It Down is a downconverter capable of converting radio signals from 1.55 GHz to 3.1 GHz in the 50 MHz - 1.6 GHz frequency range and supported by SDR keys such as NESDR and RTL-SDR V3. It operates in both transmit and receive mode.

Ham It Down 3GHz frequency converter, designed to convert signals in the 1.55 GHz to 3.1 GHz range into the frequency range of NESDR, RTL-SDR SDR keys.

This device uses the local oscillator (LO) frequency of 1.5 GHz. You can use the downconvert/upconvert frequency offset function available in most SDR software.

You can also tune to the frequency of interest minus 1.5 GHz. In other words, to use the full range of Ham It Down capabilities, your radio must be able to tune to the 50 MHz - 1.6 GHz band.

Each Ham It Down module offers 3 different power supply options, but you should only use one power option at a time!

The recommended power supply via the SMA output port (for bias-tee capable SDR keys such as the NESDR SMArTee XTR) is 4V-5.5V DC.

Alternatively, if you don't have a Bias-T compatible SDR, you can use the external power options, the USB C port, or the DC barrel connector via the included DC to USB C adapter. The recommended external power supply is 4.0V-5.5V DC.
