Nooelec Balun 1:9 V2 for HF SDR reception 0-30Mhz

The new version Nooelec Balun 1:9 v2 allows to add a wired or dipole antenna type to listen HF bands from 0 to 30Mhz from the Ham It Up converter, an SDRPlay receiver or equivalent covering the HF bands.

The difference with version V1, is that it allows to go down in frequency, as well as to have 3 different types of connectors included for the antenna or the long wire.

The Nooelec Balun 1:9 V2 includes an AntennaGuard varistor to protect the SDR receiver from spurious electrostatic discharges and connector to receiver is in SMA female.

With a size of 38mm x 25mm, this balun is a little larger than the V1 and also offers better HF performance in low HAM band with very low insertion loss and maximum input power of + 24dBm.
