300 memories, pre-programmed frequencies, Close Call function, step 5 kHz, 6.25 kHz, 8.33 kHz (aviation band), 10 kHz, 12.5 kHz.

It covers in AM / FM reception the following frequency bands:

Great first scanner

I use it manly for airband and it works great with the Moonraker Skyscan

Better than expected

I wanted an airband scanner without spending a fortune, as I wasn't sure I'd use it to much as most of the airports are hundreds of kms away, well it picks up quite a lot! And I can quite see myself using it more than I thought. I bought the skyscan discone antenna to go with it and it's a good match.

Apres avoir achétés les 3 modéles de la marque Uniden bearcat , je mets en 1er le BCT15X , en 2 eme le UBC125XLT et pour la 3eme place avec reserve le UBC355CLT ( Car manque un peu de reception le 3eme de ma liste des preférés mais avec un préamplificateur de 20db , celui ci donnes bien une meilleure reception ....) Dans l\'ensemble , cela me va car vu les frequences en analogiques ? il faut pas etre trop difficile .....

Apres beaucoup d'hesitation , je me suis fait plaisir et bonne reception avec une bonne antenne ( bien sur ! ) ce petit recepteur corresponds bien a mes attentes ....Voir plusieurs pour faire du duplex ( BCT15x , UBC125XLT et le UBC355CLT ) sur mon bureau et cela fonctionnent bien ... La marque Uniden vaut bien tout les scanners depuis les années 60. Donc je recommande a ceux qui veulent écouter les bandes aviations ou autres
