Compatibility with Android smartphone or tablet: To date only the first generation RSP1 version is compatible with an Android smartphone or tablet and the SDRTouch software, with the installation of the android driver SDRPlay for SDR Touch. The Android version 7.0 is not yet supported by this driver that works for Android versions 3.1 to 6. The new version RSP1A and the RSP2 and RSP2PRO are not compatible with Android and SDRTouch currently.
Recommendations and support
1 - Do not connect the RSP1A directly to the same antenna as your transmitter, or to an antenna in the near field of a transmitting antenna as this may cause irreversible damage.
2 - The RSP1A is sensitive to electrostatic discharge which can damage the receiver if not protected or used correctly. It is recommended to disconnect the antenna in case of severe weather and to ensure an earthing of the antenna. Before reconnecting the coaxial cable after a thunderstorm, it is imperative the unloader (braid and core) to the ground.
In these 2 cases of loss of reception and RF damage, the warranty will not apply and the equipment neither repaired, exchanged or refunded. The signs of RF damage are characterized by signs of hot on or around components near the signal input, a burning smell is also an indication of RF damage.

Associé au logiciel SDRuno, celui-ci est puissant et démonstratif. Pour le débutant que je suis, je le trouve puissant et agréable.
D\'ailleurs, il est beaucoup utilisé dans le monde du radio amateur.
Excellent récepteur, léger et polyvalent.
mise en route du récepteur sans problème particulier pour constater qu'il fonctionne bien, mais pour aller plus loin dans le nombreuses fonctionnalités proposées, mon anglais très limite ne suffira pas à la compréhension de la doc.
Le RSP1A associé à SDRUno (et à une antenne correcte) est vraiment intéressant.
Je l\'utilise avec une discone 50-1200 en pleine ville et en environement pas très dégagé, je capte malgré tout : Roissy (approche et tour), Le Bouget, Orly, Villacoublay et autres. Quelques émetteurs morse et rtty.
Je m\'attaque à l\'antenne et je ne doute pas que mon RSP1A me fasse découvrir d\'autre chose intéressante.

Le récepteur RSP1A a des performances excellentes, sa précision et ses fonctionnalités avancées en font un récepteur
SDR qui permet de recevoir, de démoduler et d'analyser une large gamme de signaux radio.
Avec le RSP1A les signaux reçus sont extrêmement précis et peuvent être facilement analysés avec une grande précision.
De plus le RSP1A dispose d'un filtre préamplificateur à faible bruit, ce qui permet de minimiser le bruit et d'améliorer la qualité du signal.
En conclusion, le RSP1A est un excellent récepteur radio logiciel qui offre une combinaison unique de performances, de praticité
et de fonctionnalités avancées. SWL débutant ou expérimenté, cet appareil permet de recevoir et d'analyser

je ne connaissais pas ce produit a part en avoir entendu parler, je suis plutot une "brel" quand a l'utilisation d'appareil informatique, mais aprés une petite présentation d'un ami j'ai été conquis, j'ai passé commande et 48 heures plus tard le sdrplay etait a la maison (bravo pour la réactivité de passion radio et de leur transporteur) ce petit récepteur est juste bluffant, une petite merveille qui pourra séduire tous les swl et opérateurs radio, un trés bon achat pour moi.
Fonctionne. Mise en oeuvre rapide en suivant pas à pas la vidéo fournie. En suivant de tuto on arrive facilement à recevoir les radios FM avec le pack antenne dipôle VHF-UHF
Je n'arrive pas à le faire reconnaître sur linux et n'étant pas un Pro de l'informatique je suis coincé. Ce serait bien de faire un tutoriel pour l'installation sue linux.

J'avais déjà des clefs SDR pas chères mais j'aurais mieux fait d'acheter tout de suite ce RSP1A ! La qualité est nettement supérieure, le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité/prix. En prime, la panoplie de filtres en interne qui améliore grandement la réception. Et l'usage avec le logiciel SDRuno est vraiment top.
J' ai commandé le RSP1A pour remplacer une clé STR USB. je cherchais un appareil plus sensible et suite au visionnage de la vidéo de electro-bidoulleur sur youtube je ne suis orienté vers cet appareil qui m' apporte entiere satisfaction .

Déjà possesseur d'un autre récepteur sdr je dois avouer que les résultats obtenus sont extrêmement positifs. Il est aussi sensible que mon ic 7100 avec une antenne moins performante ! Très utile en contest pour chercher les stations sur toute la bande !
Attention on ne peut pas dire que c'est un excellent récepteur. C'est nettement au dessus d'une clé RTL mais ça reste assez médiocre et sans comparaison avec un véritable SDR à échantillonnage direct ou un récepteur analogique correct. Pleins de fréquence image en VHF/UHF. En HF la transmodulation est très présente et sur une antenne performante, vous recevrez des stations de radiodiffusion un peu partout sur des bandes où elles n'émettent pas ! Néanmoins j'en suis très content et pour le prix on peut découvrir un large spectre...
